Maintenance method:

1. The nebulizer and the water tank have not been cleaned for a long time, resulting in the water quality is too dirty and can not be atomized, and the water tank and the nebulizer need to be cleaned.

2, the water quality is too poor turbidity (hard water quality), need to install filter soft water purification.

3, the humidity setting is wrong, the humidity is set to more than 2% higher than the current ambient humidity.

4. If the water level of the water tank is abnormally high or low, overhaul the solenoid valve, water level float switch or drain the water and then automatically start the water again.

5, axial flow fan does not turn, replace the axial flow fan

6, the rectifier plate has no 48 volts DC voltage output, replace the rectifier or fuse.

7, nebulizer or atomizer aging, replace the nebulizer or atomizer.

8, check whether the ring transformer has 36 volts AC voltage output.

9. Check whether the output of the instrument controller has an AC 220 volt output voltage.
